Shadowline ("we," "us," or "our") operates an automated communications service that allows local businesses to respond to missed calls and communicate with their customers via phone and text. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with that service.
When a customer calls a business phone number powered by Shadowline, the following information may be collected:

Do not send sensitive information such as credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or financial account details through this service. Such information is not needed to schedule a service appointment and should never be shared over text.

Customers consent by directly initiating contact with Shadowline AI or with a participating business by calling, texting, leaving a voicemail, or submitting a website inquiry form that includes their mobile number. Any SMS sent by Shadowline is a transactional or conversational response to continue the customer-initiated conversation, answer service questions, or help schedule an appointment.

Shadowline does not send unsolicited messages, does not use purchased lead lists, does not send affiliate marketing, and does not send promotional blasts. Message frequency varies based on the customer's conversation with the business. Message and data rates may apply.
Customers can get help by replying HELP and can opt out of further messages at any time by replying STOP. No further automated messages will be sent after opting out.
Conversation records and call logs are retained to provide the business with historical lead and communication data. Customers may request deletion of their data by contacting us at the email below. We will honor deletion requests within 30 days.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect stored information. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to customer data is restricted to the specific business that received the call and authorized Shadowline personnel.
Our service is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
