This page documents how end users consent to receive conversational and transactional SMS messages from Shadowline AI and businesses using Shadowline AI-powered phone numbers.
End users opt in by starting a direct customer-care conversation with Shadowline AI or with a business using a Shadowline AI-powered phone number. Consent can happen through these paths:

By submitting, calling, or texting, you agree that Shadowline AI may send conversational text messages about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
Participating businesses are instructed to use the same disclosure, or a substantially similar disclosure naming their business, wherever they publish a Shadowline AI-powered phone number for customer inquiries.
Messages are sent only to continue the customer-initiated conversation, respond to a missed call or voicemail, answer service questions, help schedule an appointment, or follow up on an active inquiry.
Shadowline AI does not send cold outreach, purchased-list messages, affiliate marketing, or promotional blasts.
End users can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, they receive one confirmation message and no further automated messages are sent from that number unless they opt back in.
