These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Shadowline automated text messaging service ("Service"). By receiving messages from a business powered by Shadowline, you agree to these Terms.
Shadowline provides local businesses with an automated communications system. When you call a business phone number powered by Shadowline and do not reach anyone, you may receive a follow-up text message from that business's number, and your voicemail may be recorded and transcribed. You can reply to schedule appointments, request quotes, or ask service-related questions.
This service is used by local service businesses including but not limited to: electrical contractors, plumbers, HVAC technicians, landscapers, roofers, auto repair shops, gyms, dental offices, and cleaning services.
You opt in by directly initiating contact with Shadowline AI or with a participating business by calling, texting, leaving a voicemail, or submitting a website inquiry form that includes your mobile number. Messages are sent only as a direct response to your customer-initiated contact with Shadowline AI or that specific business.

Shadowline does not send cold outreach, purchased-list messages, affiliate marketing, or promotional blasts. The service is used for customer care, appointment scheduling, quote requests, voicemail follow-up, and service-related conversations.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the business. Typically:
All automated messaging stops once you reply STOP, once you book an appointment, or after a set period of inactivity.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier. Shadowline does not charge end users directly for SMS messages.
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from the business number. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further automated messages will be sent to your number from that business.
To opt back in after opting out, reply START to the same number.

This service is available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support may vary.
Your phone number and message content are used solely to facilitate communication between you and the business you contacted. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
